Our place is over at 19B, Dr Sundari Mohan Avenue. It is pretty easy to find if you know where the Ladies Park back gate is. We are right above the N Care Montessori School, so during the day, you can sometimes hear the kids downstairs, but it usually quiets down by the time most people come in for their workout. The stairs can be a bit of a climb after a long day, but it’s good for getting the heart rate up. Inside, we have a mix of old and new machines. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us making sure everything stays in one piece. The neighborhood around here is busy, and parking can be a bit of a headache on the avenue, so most people just walk over from the local blocks. We spend a lot of time wiping down the mats and checking the cables on the pulley machines because they get a lot of use. The lighting isn't super bright, which some people seem to like. It's a bit more relaxed than those big chain gyms you see in the malls. We keep a water dispenser in the corner, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. It’s a practical space for anyone living around the 700014 area who just wants a place to lift some weights without any fuss.
