Xenos Architect

Xenos Architect is based at B-2 /26B in the Icon Homes building. We are located right opposite the Circuit House in Tarabai Park, which is a fairly well-known spot in this part of town. It is a quiet enough area for us to get our drafting and planning done without too much noise from the street. Being an architect involves a lot of technical work that people don't always think about. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with specific building codes. Our office at Icon Homes is our main base where all the designs get put together. We have lived and worked around Tarabai Park for quite a while now, so we are familiar with the types of buildings and the style people here generally like. We do not bother with big marketing campaigns or anything corporate like that. Most of our clients find us because they saw a building we designed or someone they know suggested they give us a call. It is a small operation here. We might be in a meeting or away at a construction site when you try to reach us, but we always try to get back to everyone. The office is usually full of blueprints and old models we have put together. It is a working space rather than a showroom. We prefer it that way because it keeps us focused on the actual construction part of the job.
