We are over here in Fulewadi, right by the 4th bus stop in Kolhapur. The place is at Plot No. 64/K. It’s a local spot where we get things done every day. People around here know the area well since the bus stop is a major landmark for anyone coming through. We’ve been set up in this part of Maharashtra for a bit now. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular space where the work happens. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud when the buses pull in, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss. If you walk past the stop, you will see our sign. The building is simple and serves its purpose. Most of the folks working here live nearby, so we know the local streets and the people around the block. It’s a quiet enough place during the mid-day heat. We handle our daily tasks from this address and keep the paperwork in order. There is no big corporate ladder here. It is just a few of us making sure the foundation stays active in Kolhapur. We share tea, talk about the day’s schedule, and get to it. Being in Maharashtra, specifically in this part of Kolhapur, gives us a steady base. We don't really go for big speeches. We just stay here at Plot 64 and do what needs doing.
