Warana Group Of Cooperatives is located in Warana Nagar. It’s a place where everyone is involved in some part of the cooperative. We aren't just one office; we are spread out across a few buildings in the area. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local farmers and the goods they bring in. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers. The office part is usually busy with people coming in to get their payments or to check on their accounts. We have old desks covered in stacks of paper and the computers are a bit slow, but they get the job done. The air always smells like the processing plants nearby. We start early in the morning, usually before the sun is fully up, because that’s when the first deliveries arrive. There’s a lot of noise from the trucks and the people talking, but it’s a good kind of busy. We don't have a fancy dress code. Most of us just wear simple clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of dust on. We eat our meals together and talk about how the crops are doing this year. It’s a very practical way to live and work. We’ve been doing this in Warana Nagar for a very long time, and we just keep the same routine going because it works for everyone involved here and keeps the local economy moving.
