Our office is at Plot- 8/16 in the Arihant building, located in New Vasat, Nagav Pata, over in Shiroli P. It’s a local area where everyone seems to know each other, which makes working here quite nice. The office is tucked away in the building, but if you ask anyone in New Vasat, they can usually point you in the right direction. We have a modest setup with some basic desks and a few chairs for when people come by to talk about land or buildings. Shiroli is an interesting place because it’s a mix of residential spots and some industrial activity nearby. We spend a lot of time visiting different sites around Nagav Pata to see how things are progressing. It’s not the kind of job where you can just stay indoors all day. You have to be out there seeing the ground for yourself. We keep our records in some old-fashioned ledgers and on a computer too, just to be safe. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just open the windows and keep talking. It’s a very relaxed way of doing business. We don’t use any complicated jargon or try to confuse people with big words. We just tell them what we know about the local plots and let them decide for themselves what they want to do.
