Our place, Sri Mahaveer Garment Ind., is out in the Kagal Hatakanangle 5 Star MIDC. We are on Plot T-29. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the big industrial stuff happens in the Kagal Taluka area. The air is different here compared to the city, a bit more open but still full of that factory energy. We spend our days surrounded by heavy machinery and stacks of raw materials. It’s a big space because we need room for everything. The floors are concrete and the lights are bright. We started this unit because the location made sense for logistics. You see a lot of trucks coming and going around the MIDC. Our team is mostly local people from nearby villages who know the work well. There isn't any corporate polish here. We wear regular clothes and talk about the weather or the local news while we work. The sounds of the machines are like background music for us now. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just talk to whoever is closest to the door. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the garments and making sure the counts are right before things get loaded onto the trucks. It's hard work, but it keeps us going.
