Siddheshwar Kirana Store

Siddheshwar Kirana Store is right here in Village Bhilavadi. We are situated near the railway station which is handy for people getting off the trains. Our post office is Palus. It’s a good spot because there is always someone walking by. I started this shop because the village needed a place where you could get things quickly. We stock the usual stuff like dal, rice, soaps, and snacks for the kids. The station brings a lot of different people through, but mostly it's our neighbors from around the village who come in. When the trains whistle, you know what time it is without looking at a clock. It gets a bit dusty with the trains passing and the wind blowing across the tracks. I spend a lot of time sweeping the floor. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. But no one seems to mind waiting a bit. We talk about the crops or the weather while I weigh out the flour. It’s a basic life but I like it. I don't have a computer for the bills, just a pen and a notebook. It’s how we have always done it here in Bhilavadi. People know they can find me here from morning until late evening. It’s just a regular kirana store trying to do its part for the local folks who live near the tracks.
