Rajesh S. Khairate

My office is located at No-E-1170 in the Shivshakti Terraces building. It’s on Rajaram Road, which is a well-known area in Takala. I’m quite close to Pura Hospital, so there are always people and ambulances moving around nearby. The building itself is a standard residential and commercial mix, and my space is on one of the upper floors where it’s a bit quieter. I’ve been working as Rajesh S. Khairate from this location for quite a few years now. The office is filled with stacks of files and books that I need for my daily work. I have a simple wooden desk and a few chairs for people who come by to discuss their needs. I don't believe in having a fancy reception area or a big staff. It’s mostly just me handling the work and making sure everything is filed correctly. Sometimes the traffic on Rajaram Road makes it hard to find a parking spot, so I usually tell people to come a bit earlier if they are driving. I spend my mornings going through emails and my afternoons meeting with people. It’s a steady pace of work that keeps me grounded. I enjoy being in this part of Takala because everything I need, from tea shops to the post office, is within walking distance. It’s a very practical place to run a professional practice without unnecessary overheads or polished marketing. It is just a quiet room where work gets done.
