We are located out in Kolhapur, in a place called Gijawane Gadhinglaj. Our address is M. No. 1437. It is a much quieter place than the big cities, and we like it that way for Nacharal Cashew (Opc) Private Limited. The air is different here, and things move a bit slower than in Mumbai or Pune. We spend our time dealing with cashews, and this is where all the main work happens every day. It is a practical building, nothing fancy at all. We have our equipment and our storage areas set up to handle the nuts properly. It is a lot of manual work and staying on top of the stock. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get a bit muddy when it rains, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a local operation through and through. The neighbors are mostly other local folks and some farmland nearby. We don't have any big marketing team or a fancy office suite with glass walls. It is just us in Gijawane, working with what we have and trying to stay busy. We keep the place tidy, but it is a working space, so there is always something being moved around or bags being stacked. It is an honest living, and we are glad to be doing it here in our own town. That is the long and short of it for our little cashew company.
