We’ve been in Kolhapur for a long time now, right here in Shahupuri. If you know Parag Commercial Arcade, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s a busy spot, 596/1, E, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Most days, it’s just us dealing with the paperwork and helping people who walk through the door with their various requirements. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s more about getting the job done properly so folks can get on with their lives. My father started things off, and we just kept going, year after year. The stairs in this building have seen a lot of traffic. We usually start quite early in the morning before the traffic on the main road gets too loud. Sometimes the fans are clicking away while we sort through files, and that’s just how it goes. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to be some big city firm with shiny glass walls. We just work out of this corner of Kolhapur and try to stay organized. There is always a lot to keep track of, but we have a system that works for us. If you happen to be in the arcade, you might see us chatting with the neighbors or grabbing a quick tea. It’s a simple setup, really. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of commitment to the tasks at hand every single day.
