Our unit, Hue-Kem Chemicals Pvt.Ltd., is based at W-23 in the MIDC area of Gokul Shirgaon. It’s a practical setup where we mix and package various chemical products. The roads around here can get pretty messy when the monsoon hits, but we’re used to it. Inside the shed, we have several large tanks and mixing equipment that stays busy most of the week. It’s not the most glamorous work, but these chemicals are needed by other industries for their own manufacturing. We handle the filling of drums and the labeling ourselves. The concrete floor usually has a few stains, and there’s always a faint smell of chemicals in the air. We don't have a big office or a reception area. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk into the main shed. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Most of our business comes from people who already know us. We take our lunch breaks together outside under a big tree when the weather allows. It’s a small operation with local workers who have been here a while. We focus on keeping the batches consistent and making sure the orders are ready when the trucks arrive. It’s just a regular day-to-day business without any extra fluff or corporate talk.
