Our business is located in Kolhapur, specifically at No. 7 in the Kamgar Bank Building on Station Road. Being near the station means there is always a lot of movement and noise from the trains and the people coming and going. We are in the agro industry, so a lot of our daily talk is about farming, seeds, and equipment that the local farmers might need. The building itself is an older one, and our office has that classic feel with heavy wooden desks and some old fans on the ceiling. We aren't a high-tech factory; we are more of a hub where we coordinate things and talk to suppliers. Kolhapur is a place where people still value a face-to-face conversation, so we spend a lot of time drinking tea with visitors. Most of our customers are from the rural areas around the district. They come in after getting off the train to discuss their requirements. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just know our products and we know the land around here. My father started things off, and we just kept it going. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the local community. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets done and the farmers are satisfied.
