We are over at C-15 in the M.I.D.C. Shiroli area. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know exactly what it’s like here—lots of metal, lots of noise, and plenty of grease. At Gangadhar Alloy, we deal with different kinds of alloys, so the place can get quite loud when the machines are running full tilt. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s just the nature of the work we do. We’ve got a solid crew working the floor, and they know their stuff when it comes to the metals. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the records and handle the bills. It’s usually pretty warm in there, even with the fan going. We don’t have much time for small talk during the day because there’s always a deadline to meet or a truck waiting to be loaded. Shiroli is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. We’ve had some ups and downs over the years, but we’re still here at C-15, doing the same work we’ve always done. We don’t put on any airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a bunch of people working with metal and trying to make a living. It’s honest work, and we take pride in getting the orders out without too much fuss or delay.
