Gangadhar Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is based at C-15/2 in the M.I.D.C. area of Shiroli. The M.I.D.C. is a sprawling place, and C-15/2 is where we have our setup. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so there are always large vehicles and the sound of heavy machinery in the air. Our facility is built for handling alloys, which means we have a lot of heavy equipment and storage space for raw materials. The ground is often covered in dust from the production process. We don't put much effort into the aesthetics of the building because it’s an alloy plant, not a showroom. The staff here is used to the heat and the physical nature of the work. Most of the day is spent monitoring the equipment or moving batches of material around. Shiroli can get quite hot in the summer, and the industrial sheds don’t stay very cool. We just keep the vents open and keep working. There isn't a lot of conversation during the shifts because the machines are quite loud. We've been at this C-15/2 location for a long time, and it has become our second home. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on the production side of things. People who come to visit us are usually there for business and don’t mind the lack of a fancy office. It’s just a real, working industrial site where the focus stays on the metal we handle every day.
