Elcom International Pvt. Ltd is located out at Plot E-4 in the MIDC Kagal-Hatkanangalefive Star Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to Kasba Sangaon in the Kagal Taluka of Kolhapur, but it’s a good spot for a factory. The area is huge and there’s a lot of industry all around us. Our building is a standard industrial setup, nothing too flashy or modern on the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of machinery and people working on electronic components. We’ve got a lot of space, which is necessary for the kind of manufacturing we do. The rhythm of the place is set by the machines and the shifts. It’s not a quiet office environment; there’s always a hum of activity. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages and towns in the Kolhapur district, so it feels like a local operation even though we’re in a big industrial zone. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just make the parts and ship them out to whoever needs them. Sometimes the rains in Kolhapur make the roads a bit tricky, but we usually manage to stay on schedule. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workplace where the focus is strictly on the production line and making sure everything is built right. We don't need a polished lobby to prove we work hard every single day.
