Dhanshanti Foundation

Dhanshanti Foundation is based out of House Number 16 in Borawade. Specifically, we are located in the Kumbharwada area of Kagal. It’s a pretty quiet place for the most part, mostly made up of homes and small workshops scattered around us. Our building is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood at all. We’ve lived and worked around here for a very long time now. It definitely isn't a big office with glass walls or fancy furniture. It's just a regular house where we set up some basic tables and chairs to run the foundation's work. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a bit. We keep our front doors open during the day to let the air in. Kagal is a small community, so everyone usually knows where everything is anyway. We handle our day-to-day tasks right from the front room. There’s a lot of walking involved in what we do around the village, so we aren't always sitting down at a desk. The street right outside can get a bit dusty in the summer months. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number painted on the wall. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we plan things out on paper. The space is a bit small but it fits what we need perfectly. We don't really go for anything flashy or expensive.
