Children'S Dental Clinic

You can find us in the Arunoday apartment building. We are directly opposite the Maratha Samaj Bhavan on Civil Hospital road. It’s a very busy area, especially since the big hospital is right there, so there are always people moving about and cars honking. Our clinic is specifically for kids' teeth, which means we have to be a bit more patient than a regular dentist's office. We have chairs that are a bit smaller and we try to keep the stainless steel equipment tucked away so it doesn't look too intimidating for the little ones. The apartment building itself is older, but our floor is kept tidy and bright. Sometimes the smell of the dental materials is quite strong when you first walk in, but you get used to it after a minute. We deal with everything from first teeth coming in to kids who have cavities from eating too many sweets. It’s a simple setup with a reception desk and a couple of treatment areas. On some afternoons, the light comes through the windows and makes the waiting room feel quite nice. We don't have any flashy signs, just the one outside the building. Parents usually find us because we are right there across from the Bhavan. It’s a practical little clinic where we focus on getting the teeth fixed without too much fuss. Most of the kids end up being brave, though we do hear a bit of crying now and then when someone is really nervous.
