We are located right at Peth Naka in Islampur, which is a busy spot where a lot of people pass through every day. The factory is quite large, and there is always a lot of activity going on inside. We have rows of machines and tables where the fabric gets processed, and the sound of the equipment is something you hear the moment you walk through the doors. It’s a big operation, so there are many people coming and going during the shift changes. The warehouse area is often filled with stacks of cloth waiting to be moved out on the trucks. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for everything, especially when a big shipment arrives. The lighting inside is bright and industrial, and it can get pretty warm when all the machines are running at once. We have a small canteen area where the staff takes their breaks, which is usually the only quiet place in the building. Our office staff sits in a separate section trying to manage the schedules and the orders coming in. It’s not a fancy office environment; it’s a working textile unit where the focus is just on getting the work finished. The outside of the building looks like any other big factory in the Islampur area, with a bit of wear and tear from the weather. We just keep things moving day after day.
