We are situated out in Gijawane, which is part of the Gadhinglaj Taluka in the Kolhapur district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you’re coming from the bigger cities, but we like the pace of things. Our place is on the main road through the village. You can find us pretty easily once you reach the pin code 416502. The office is really just a simple room with a few tables and some chairs that have been around for years. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lobby areas. It’s mostly just us and the local sounds of the neighborhood. Sometimes a tractor goes by or you hear the neighbors talking across the street. We spend our mornings getting started early before it gets too hot in the afternoon. Usually, someone brings in some snacks or we share a pot of tea while we look over what needs to be done for the day. It’s a quiet way of living and working. There isn't much drama here, just the regular daily tasks that keep a small business going. We know most of the people who walk by, and they usually give a nod or a wave. It feels like a solid part of the community, and we don't really need much more than that. It's just a practical spot where we get our work finished.
