Ayraworld Social Management Envision Forum

We are over at Mali Colony in Kolhapur, specifically in flat 505 at the Purvrang building. It is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't acting right, but we’ve been here in Rajarampuri for a while now. The name Ayraworld Social Management Envision Forum is a real mouthful, we know that. Most people just call us by the work we do. We deal with social management stuff, which basically means we look at how things are running in the community and try to sort out the knots. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. There are files everywhere and we drink a lot of tea while we talk through things. Kolhapur is a good place to be based because people are straightforward and they don't have time for nonsense. We started this because we saw things that needed doing and figured we might as well be the ones to do it. It’s just a small group of us sitting around a table most days. We don't have a big marketing budget or some glossy brochure. We just show up, open the door, and get to work on whatever project is on the desk that morning. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a plan or trying to fix the printer. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real and we keep at it day after day because it matters to the folks living around here.
