Our spot is out in Mahagaon, at Gat No. 1451. We’re basically sharing space with Vinayak Viragonda Patil’s place. It’s in the Gadhinglaj taluka, so it’s a bit far out compared to the big cities, but that suits us fine. The air is better out here and there's more room to breathe. We handle garments, mostly the production side of things. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the machines and the space to put things together. Some days it’s loud with all the sewing going on, and other days it’s just packing and sorting. The local area is pretty quiet, mostly farms and small houses around us. Getting supplies takes a bit more planning since we aren't next door to a big market, but we’ve got our system down. We’ve been here for a bit and the folks around know what we do. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a solid building where we get the work done. We try to keep up with the orders as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in this part of the state, so we just wait it out or work around it. It's a humble way to run a business but it works for us and the people who work here. We don't need much more than our machines and some good fabric to keep going.
