A One Decoration

A One Decoration is located right in the heart of A Ward in Kolhapur, near the Rankalwesh S T Stand. If you know Rankala, you know it’s a lively place with people always around. Our shop is at 2084. We’ve been doing decoration work for a long time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We don’t have a big corporate structure. We just have a lot of stuff—props, lights, and fabrics—stored everywhere. It gets a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where every single piece is. When we’re not out at a site setting things up, we’re usually here fixing things or planning for the next event. Kolhapur is a place where people celebrate things properly, so we stay pretty busy during the wedding and festival seasons. We don’t have a fancy portfolio book. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we did for their neighbor or a friend. We just talk to people plainly and try to understand what they need. It’s not about being the most expensive or the most famous. We just like seeing a place look good once we’re finished. The shop is small, and sometimes the traffic near the S T Stand makes it hard to load the trucks, but we manage. It’s just us, working hard and being part of the community here in Rankala for many years now.
