Shree Ram Industries

Shree Ram Industries is located out in the KIADB Industrial Area, in the 3rd Phase at Malur. We have units 194 and 195. It is a pretty large space which we need for all the equipment and the work we do. Malur is quite a distance from the main city, so it’s a long drive every morning, but we have gotten used to the commute over the years. The industrial area is always buzzing with activity and the sound of trucks. We have quite a few workers here on the floor, and things can get pretty loud and dusty during the peak hours. We don't have a fancy front office or a reception area with flowers. It’s a factory through and through. We spend our time making sure the machines are running right and the orders are getting packed up. We have been here for a long time and have gradually taken over more space as we needed it. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it is what we do. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just focus on the production and making sure the day's work is finished before we head home. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big deadline, but that is just part of being in the industries. We just keep working hard at our Malur site and take one day at a time.
