We’ve been set up here at Plot No.251 in the Malur Industrial Area for a while now. Most people know us for being part of the Kiadb Industrial Area out in Malur Kolar Dist. It's a bit of a drive from the city center, but the space works well for what we do day to day. We spend most of our time dealing with the machines and making sure the orders get handled properly. The team is small but we keep things moving. We usually start early in the morning when it's still quiet around the Phase III area. Sometimes the weather gets really hot out here in Kolar, but we just get on with the work. We aren't really fancy people. We just show up, do the job, and try to make sure everything is sorted out by the time we lock up in the evening. There’s always some maintenance to do or something that needs fixing on the floor. It’s a practical place. We have some neighbors nearby, but mostly everyone stays busy with their own production schedules. If you’re coming down to visit, it’s easier to find us if you follow the main signs for Phase III. We don't have a big sign out front, just a standard one so people know they’ve arrived at the right gate. That's pretty much how we run things here at Illig India.
