Maruti Earth Movers

We are Maruti Earth Movers. You can find us over at 3-6-665 on Tekal Road here in Jayanagara. Most days we are out with the machines, so the office is a bit quiet until the evening. We started this because there was a lot of digging to be done around here and not enough equipment to go around. It’s a busy spot on Tekal Road, lots of trucks and dust coming through. My brother and I usually handle the schedules. If you walk past, you’ll see the yellow paint on the excavators. It isn’t fancy, just a small place with a desk and some chairs where we keep the logs. Jayanagara has changed a lot since we moved in. There are more houses now, and everyone seems to be building something. We spend a lot of time checking the engines and making sure everything is greased up. Sometimes the weather gets in the way, especially when the monsoon hits and the ground gets too soft to move anything. We’ve had some long days where we don't get home until late, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. Usually, someone is around to chat if you need help with a plot or a trench.
