Over in Kohima, we have the Nagamaiki Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our office is actually in the NBCC Building at the road level, which makes it pretty easy to get to if you’re driving through Bayavu Colony. Kohima is a hilly place, so having a spot right at the road level is a big plus for us when we’re moving stuff around. We aren't a big, polished company with a lot of money. We are just farmers from the Kohima Sadar area who wanted to organize things a bit better. The NBCC Building is a local landmark, and being in Bayavu Colony puts us right in the middle of a good community. We spend a lot of our time out on our farms, but we come here to handle the paperwork and talk about the agro business. It’s a bit of a mix of city and country life for us. We don't use corporate speak or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just people who know how to grow crops in the Nagaland hills. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with bags or samples, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with the land. If you’re ever in Kohima and need to find us, just head towards the NBCC building in Bayavu. We’re usually there during the day, just doing our thing and making sure the business stays on track for our members.
