You can find us at Azad Nagar, on Pugmil Road in Pelawal, Hazaribagh 825319. It’s a bit away from the main rush of the town, which is nice because it’s a little quieter for the kids. The school isn’t very big, but we have enough room for the local children who come here. We’ve got the primary classes and the older ones too, all mixed in. The road outside, Pugmil Road, can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but inside the gates, it’s mostly just the sound of teachers talking. Hazaribagh weather is okay most of the year, though the winters get surprisingly cold. We have basic classrooms with benches and blackboards. Nothing too modern, just the essentials for learning. The foundation started this place to give the local families a spot nearby for their kids. We don't have a huge playground, but the kids find space to run around during lunch. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just open the windows for light. It’s a very normal, local school experience. The staff lives around here and we walk or take a cycle to get to work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting through the lessons and making sure the kids are safe until their parents pick them up. It’s a steady kind of life here in Pelawal.
