Guddu & Brother

Guddu & Brother is our family business out here in Village Pakariya. We’re located in the Chatra district, right near Verma Inter College. If you’re walking toward the college, you can’t miss us. We’ve been part of this village for a long time. It’s a simple setup where we handle various local needs, mostly trading and small supplies. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain off. Inside, it’s usually a bit crowded with whatever we’ve brought in for the week. We don’t have a big staff, just me and my brother and a couple of helpers when things get busy during harvest or school season. Life in Pakariya is quiet for the most part, except when the students are coming and going from the college. We like being in this spot because we get to see everyone. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big sign. Most people know who we are and what we do just by word of mouth. Sometimes we’re out back dealing with deliveries, so you might have to shout to get our attention. We handle things in a very straightforward way—no complicated contracts, just a handshake and honest dealings. It’s how our father did things, and we haven’t seen a reason to change it. We just try to keep the shop stocked with what the villagers need and stay out of trouble. There is always someone stopping by to ask about the day's prices or to just sit for a bit.
