You'll find us at Atpo-Kodar, on the RS Road in Railway Kodur. We’re in the Kadapa district. Being near the railway is handy for what we do. We work with agrofoods, which basically means we deal with whatever the farmers are bringing in from their fields. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The warehouse is a big open space where we store the bags of grain. We spend our days checking the quality and making sure everything is stored right so it doesn't spoil. It’s not a fancy life. We wear boots and get our hands dirty every day. The sun can be really harsh out here in Kadapa, so we start our work very early in the morning before it gets too hot. By the time it’s midday, we try to stay in the shade. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. It started small and it’s still relatively small. We know the local farmers and the transporters by their first names. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the grain and the seeds. If the crop is good, we're happy. If it’s a bad year, we just tighten our belts and wait for the next season to come around. That’s just how the agro business goes. It’s honest and it’s real. We just try to do our best with what we have.
