We've been here in the Shanthi Nikethan Building for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's right above Kavithas Studio on Pipe Line Road. It is a busy area in Palarivattom, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle our daily tasks and meet people who stop by. We see a lot of the local crowd from around Ernakulam coming through. The building has been there for years. Our team usually grabs tea from the little shops nearby. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic, especially during rush hour on the main road. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up. It’s a straightforward setup. You find us at 32/1209, A 3. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying heavy bags. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon, making it quite bright. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate. It's just a local office doing its thing every day. Most folks find us easily once they see the studio sign. It’s a good location despite the noise. We’re just here working through the usual business hours like everyone else in the building.
