We are out in Karimugal, which is part of the Ernakulum district. Specifically, you can find us at 6/47 A. Being near the Karimugal Post office makes it easy for mail and deliveries to reach us. This area has a lot of industrial activity, and we’ve been a part of it for some time now. Our facility is practical. We have space for storage and a small office where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s not the most glamorous place, but it’s where we work hard every day. The environment here is very much about production and moving goods. We focus on the chemicals we supply without making a big fuss about it. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, so there’s a local feel to the place. We often share a tea and talk about how the day is going. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We don't have a corporate headquarters in a skyscraper; we have a functional site in Ernakulum. We deal with the logistics of getting supplies in and out, which can be a bit of a headache with the local roads, but we make it work. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know their chemicals and their neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done.
