You can find us up on the second floor of Lillys Tower. We are right on Civil Lane Road in the Palarivattom area. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. At Inter Smart Solution, we have a small team that has been working side by side for quite a while. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are cables tucked behind almost every desk and a couple of plants by the window that we occasionally remember to water. We spend our hours sitting in front of computer screens, trying to make things work the way they are supposed to. It is not always an easy task, but it keeps us busy and the days go by fast. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a break room, just a regular electric kettle sitting in the corner. People drop by now and then to discuss their projects or just to check on progress. We usually just sit around the big wooden table in the middle and talk it out. Sometimes the rain hits the glass so hard we can barely hear ourselves speak, but that is just how the monsoon is here. We have grown a little bit since we first moved into this floor, but we still feel like a small local outfit. We like being in Palarivattom because it is easy for everyone to reach. There is no big secret to how we do things.
