P. G. Bags

We have been running P. G. Bags for a while now over here in the Al-Hilal Trust Building. Most people know the spot since it’s right by the Ernakulam High Court on Kannachanthodu First Cross Road. It is a busy area, so we see a lot of folks coming by after finishing their work at the court or just passing through. Our shop isn't fancy or anything. We just keep a good variety of bags on the shelves and try to keep things organized. Usually, you'll find someone here from the morning till late afternoon sorting through the new arrivals. There are backpacks, travel bags, and some smaller pouches too. People often stop in because they need a quick replacement for a zipper that broke or want something sturdier for their daily commute. The building is easy to find once you get onto the cross road. It gets a bit crowded on the street during the week, but that’s just how it is in this part of Ernakulam. We spend a lot of time just talking to locals who live nearby or the office workers from the surrounding buildings. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times it’s a bit of a rush. We don't do any big advertisements. If someone needs a bag, they just walk in and look around. The light in the shop is a bit dim in the back, but we know where everything is kept. That's about it for us.
