Grandeeza

Grandeeza is based in the Laxmi Building, which is Plot No-88. We are on the first floor. The house number is Cc-37-1461 if you are looking at the official records. We are situated in Kumarnathan Nagar, Kadavanthra. It is a fairly nice part of the city. Our space is not very large, but it works for what we do. We have been in this building for a while now. Some days it is just quiet work in the office. Other times we have people coming in to talk about projects. We don't have a big team. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We have a few windows that look out onto the street. You can see the traffic in Kadavanthra from there. We don't use any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just provide what we offer and let the work speak. Most of our clients are locals or people who heard about us from their friends. We have some samples and files around the room. It is a functional office, not a showroom. We try to keep things tidy but when we are busy, stuff gets moved around. We are usually here from ten in the morning until the evening. It is a steady pace and we enjoy being part of this neighborhood. We are just regular people.
