Sai Impex

If you find yourself in Chirattapalam, you might walk right past 1/1868 A without thinking much of it. That’s where Sai Impex is based. It’s a modest setup, nothing flashy to look at, but it serves us well. We’ve been operating from this corner for some time. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we’re trying to focus on the details of our imports and exports. Every day is a bit different here. Sometimes we’re waiting on a truck, other times we’re just sitting at the desks going through files. We don’t really do the whole big marketing thing. Most people who know us found out through word of mouth or because they’re locals too. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a customer calls with a question, whoever picks up the phone helps them out. We like the way things work here. It’s honest work, and the building has some character to it, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun starts to go down. It isn't a complicated business model. We just move things from point A to point B and try not to lose sleep over the small stuff. It’s just how we do things at Sai Impex.
