You can find Uttam Crop Science Private Limited at Plot No-2638/3325 over in BJB Nagar, right by the Canal Colony. It’s a decent area and our office is tucked in there among the other buildings. We work on crop science, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at seeds and soil and talking to people who grow things. We aren't some massive company with thousands of employees. We are just a small group of people who care about how crops are doing. Our office in the Canal Colony is where we keep all our notes and do the boring stuff like accounting. Sometimes the canal area gets a bit dusty, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a polished way of talking about ourselves. We just do the science part of farming. We try to stay organized, but with all the samples and paperwork, the desks are usually a bit of a mess. It’s a busy life. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly just rely on people knowing who we are in the neighborhood. We've been at this plot for a while now. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the work. Every day is different, depending on what the season is like. We just keep our heads down and focus on the crops and the science behind them. It’s enough to keep us all busy throughout the year.
