Utkal Heart Centre

Utkal Heart Centre is located in Saheed Nagar. It is a very busy area with a lot of shops and offices around. We are on one of the main streets, so there is always the sound of traffic and horns. Our centre is usually quite crowded from the moment we open the doors. We have a small reception area where people sign in. The chairs are almost always full, and some people have to stand in the hallway. We have a couple of doctors who are always on the move between rooms. It can feel a bit chaotic when three or four people are trying to ask questions at once. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some old posters about health. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it is really hot outside, it struggles to keep the place cool. We spend a lot of time on the phone, calling people about their appointments or talking to the labs. Saheed Nagar is a good spot because it is easy for people to find, even if the parking is a total mess. We have to tell people to park their scooters more neatly all the time. It is a lot of work running a heart centre in such a busy neighborhood, but we just take it one patient at a time and try to stay organized through the day.
