We are Thinkluxury Hotels And Resorts (Opc) Private Limited. The office is at House No. 27(B/12), in Anant Vihar, Phase 2, which is part of the HIG BDA Duplex Colony in Pokhariput. It’s right in the Aerodrome Area of Khorda, Bhubaneswar. The pin is 751020. It’s actually a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. You can hear the planes sometimes because we’re so close to the aerodrome, but you get used to it after a week or two. The house is a duplex, so it feels more like a home than a real office. We use the downstairs area for most of our work. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough. We started this as a one-person company, which is why the (Opc) is in the name. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we get it done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our laptops.
