We are Swarnapadma Garden Resorts Private Limited. Our office is located at Plot No-270 in Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. If you know the city, you know Sahid Nagar is pretty busy and has a lot of businesses squeezed together. We are one of them. We spent a lot of time getting this place set up. It’s not a huge fancy suite, just a regular work space where we handle the resort business. We started this company to manage garden-style resorts and it’s been a learning process for all of us. Some days are just filled with paperwork and dealing with the local authorities. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Orissa, just a solid one that does things right. We have our files and our computers here and we spend most of our mornings drinking tea and figuring out the schedule. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. Being in the heart of Bhubaneswar helps because everything is close by. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just run a resort business and try to keep our heads down. It’s a local operation and we know the people around the neighborhood. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello. That’s the kind of place we are. Just people working in an office in Sahid Nagar.
