SSJ Resorts Private Limited has been set up here for a while. It’s not a flashy office or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we handle the business side of things. The road gets a bit dusty sometimes because there is always some construction happening nearby. We are just a group of people trying to run a resort business. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to vendors. It’s practical work. We don't have a big reception area with fancy lights. It’s more about the actual work we do every day. The neighborhood is quiet enough most days, which helps us focus. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the last few years. More buildings are going up all the time. Being near Khandagiri is useful because people recognize the landmark. We like it here. It feels like we are part of the local growth in Khordha. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the street when we need a break. It's a simple setup but it works for what we need to do.
