Sovron Agro Research Management And Enterpreneurship Private Limited is located over in Kalinga Vihar at HIG-325, K-5. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we just call it Sovron for short among ourselves. We spend our time looking into agro research and trying to manage things a bit better for local entrepreneurs. It’s not as exciting as it sounds, mostly just a lot of reading and trying to figure out which methods work best for the local climate. We aren't some high-tech lab with white coats. We are just a small group of people in an office in Bhubaneswar trying to make sense of the data we have. Sometimes the research doesn't lead anywhere, and we have to start over. It can be frustrating, but that’s just how research goes. We try to be honest with the people who come to us for advice. We don't have all the answers, but we have a fair amount of experience in the field. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don't go in for all those polished business presentations. If someone wants to talk to us, we just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk like normal people. We want to help the local agro scene grow, but we are taking it one small step at a time without any big promises.
