SNM Hotel & Resorts Private Limited is based in BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Specifically, we are at Flat Number 301, Plot Number B/15. It is basically an office inside an apartment building. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually get things done without the noise of the main road. BJB Nagar is a nice, established area and being here feels more like being part of a community than being in a cold business district. We handle all the resort and hotel management stuff from this flat. It’s mostly computers, some printers, and a lot of coffee being drank throughout the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or a front desk. We just need a place to keep our records and talk to our partners. Running a hotel business in Orissa keeps us on our toes. There’s always some new rule to follow or a guest who needs something special. We just take it one day at a time. We don't have a fancy marketing department to write these things, so it’s just us saying hello. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the building know us as the resort folks in 301. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need. We focus on the practical side of the hospitality business.
