Our office for Shreesai Villas & Resorts Privatelimited is located in Flat No-32 of the Royal Residency. This is over in IRC Village, specifically in the Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which actually makes it a quiet place to get work done. We manage our various villas and resort properties from this apartment. It’s not what you’d call a traditional storefront. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, making sure the resorts are staffed and the guests have what they need. Nayapalli is a good location because it’s central enough for us to reach different parts of Khordha quickly. We started this because we liked the idea of managing places where people could relax. It's a lot of behind-the-scenes effort that people don't usually see. Fixing plumbing, updating schedules, and dealing with local vendors takes up most of our time. We aren't some big international corporation. We are just a local team trying to provide a decent place for people to stay when they visit Orissa. The Royal Residency is a familiar landmark for us now. Sometimes the elevator acts up, or the mail gets mixed with the other flats, but we make it work. It’s an honest living and we stay pretty busy throughout the year. We don't use fancy talk; we just focus on the actual work that needs doing. It is just how we run things here.
