Rolfast Hotels & Estates Private Limited is located at the G Palm Residency in Sampur, Bhubaneswar. Our office covers Plot Numbers 829, 830, and 1495. Sampur is a bit on the outskirts, which is nice because it’s not as crowded as the city center. We deal with both hotels and real estate, so there is always a lot going on here. The office is tucked away in the residency, and it’s where we do all the heavy lifting for the business. We have a lot of maps and site plans laying around most of the time. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening in the Khordha area. We aren't a giant corporate entity with thousands of employees. We’re just a local crew that knows how to handle property and hospitality. Most days are spent driving between different sites or sitting in meetings here at G Palm. We don’t use any of that fancy talk about being the leaders in the industry. We’re just doing our jobs and trying to build something that lasts. If you come out to Sampur, you’ll see we are just a regular office working hard. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the daily headaches that come with running a hotel and estate business.
