Pratyush Ocean World & Resorts is based over in Old Station Bazaar. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know that area is always moving. Our spot is at Plot No-359 in LBS Colony. It’s an older part of town, which we kind of like. It has a different feel compared to the newer developments. We handle a lot of the resort planning from this small office. It gets pretty crowded around the bazaar, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Inside, it’s mostly just us looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more focused on the work at hand. Being in 751006 means we are close to the station, which is handy for people coming in. We don't do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Most people just know where we are. It’s a local operation through and through. We've got a couple of computers and a printer that jams way too often. It’s just the reality of running a small business like this. We spend our time between the office and visiting the sites we're working on. It’s a lot of driving back and forth through the Khordha traffic. It’s tiring but we are used to the noise and the pace of the bazaar area now.
