Ret India Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 414/4366 Bajaranga Patia. That’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we are. We set up shop here because the location worked for us. It’s a practical space. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signage. We’d rather spend that on better tools or just keeping the lights on. The work we do involves a lot of technical stuff that most people find boring. We don’t mind it, though. It’s what we know. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background. It helps the day go by faster when we are deep into a project. People from around Bajaranga Patia know they can just drop in if they have a question. We don't use much jargon when we talk. We just say it like it is. If something is broken and can't be fixed, we tell you. No point in wasting anyone’s time. We’ve been through different seasons here, some busy and some not. We just keep showing up and doing the job. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We are just local people trying to make things work for other local people who need our help with their technology.
