OCASA REALTY AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up Ocasa Realty and Resorts in Kharavela Nagar. Our office is right there on Plot No-212 in Unit-III. It’s a busy part of Bhubaneswar, so there is always a lot of noise outside from the traffic. We’ve been here for a bit, working on different projects around the city and some resort ideas too. It’s not a massive skyscraper, just a regular plot where we do our business. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Real estate in Khordha keeps us on our toes because things change fast. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the usual office work. The 751001 area is pretty central, which helps when we have to go out and look at sites. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup for that. It’s just us, a small team, sitting at desks and trying to get things sorted. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Just some chairs and files everywhere. You know how it is in a local office. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby. We just keep the fans running and try to stay productive. It's a lot of staring at maps and checking on property details. We've been part of this neighborhood for a while now. It feels like home to us even if it's just a place of work. We usually grab lunch from the small stall around the corner.
