Our shop is tucked away in Old Town Bhubaneswar, specifically in Kunjapatna Sahi at plot number 1001. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are a bit narrow. We focus on fashion here. It’s not like those big air-conditioned malls. We have our own way of doing things. The building has been around for a while and has some character. We have fabric and patterns everywhere. It can get a bit loud with the sounds from the street, but we’re used to it. Most of our neighbors have been here for years. We do a lot of the work right there in the shop. It’s a lot of cutting and stitching and making sure things look right. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who are good with their hands. Sometimes we get a lot of people coming in at once, and it feels a bit cramped. We don't use any fancy language to talk about our clothes. We just make them and sell them. If you’re in Old Town, you might stumble upon us. It’s a busy area with a lot of history. We’re just happy to be part of the local scene here in Khordha. It’s a simple life, focused on the work we have in front of us. We close up around eight most nights and head home. The heat in the summer can be tough but the old walls keep it somewhat cool.
