Ipreptoday Skills Foundation

Our foundation is located in Flat No. G-2/204 at Surekha Vatika in Balianta. It’s an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a regular office. We are on the second floor of Block G. Working out of an apartment means we have a kitchen and a regular living room setup where we do most of our work. We focus on skills training, so we often have small groups of people sitting around the table. It’s a very informal environment. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking on the phone. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, so it’s never completely silent. We like being in Balianta because it’s a bit away from the main city rush. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales team. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same complex. We just keep our files organized in some cabinets in the corner and make sure the internet is working. It’s a very modest operation. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of our to-do lists. It’s just a group of us trying to do something useful from a small flat. There are no big corporate goals, just daily work and steady progress.
