Ruia Group

You’ll find us over at N1/36 in the IRC Village area of Nayapalli. It’s a decent spot in Bhubaneswar, and we’ve been here at Ruia Group for quite a while. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but it’s become more of a hub for offices lately. Our building is pretty straightforward, nothing that would stand out from the street. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through files and managing the different projects we have going on. Bhubaneswar has its own pace—it’s not as crazy as Mumbai, but it’s definitely getting busier. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different people and making sure things stay on track. There’s always someone coming in with a report or a question about a contract. We don't go in for all those modern office trends like bean bags or open-plan lounges. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. The air conditioner hums in the background, and we drink way too much tea during the day. Sometimes the rain here gets so heavy that the streets flood a bit, and everything just slows down. We like being in Nayapalli because it’s central enough to get anywhere quickly. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. No big speeches, no polished brochures, just us in the office making sure everything runs like it's supposed to. We’re just here doing the daily work that keeps the group going.
